Searched and searched, nothing is solving the issue. Restored windows 10 completly deleting all except personal files using windows recovery feature. Problem presists. Continued searching for a solution, still no luck. Still no luck on a solution, decided to try different graphics card AMD Radeon R9 downloadd original card same results. Found out it has to do with memory sticks. Swaped them from slots 1 and 3 to 2 and 4, no change.
Put in downloae windows 10 4gb ram 2gb usable free download 4gb installed 2gb available. Swaped them out, same results, sticks are working, system 4ggb them as working properly. Swaped them both 1 to 3 and 3 to 1no change.

Tried to find memory mapping settings in bios, no luck. Any help is appreciated, thanks for reading.
